For acquiring a Sellers Space at our up coming Expo Extravaganza ’18 in Kalamazoo please read the below instructions carefully before finalizing your purchases in your shopping basket online. Discounted rates are available before July 1st then it will be full price.
- A VEE Extravaganza ’18 Sellers Registration is required, please make sure you select the option for either Member or Non-Member.
- An Expo Extravaganza ’18 Sellers Space is required, please select the size of space you desire from 8′ Table Space or 10’x10′ Booth Space. (please note 10’x10′ Booth Space does not include table – rental is available or self supplied – Max two tables per Booth Space)
- Additional Spaces can be purchased if needed, but these must be the same size as original one selected from step 2. If a different size space is needed then please add an additional entry into your shopping basket from the Expo Extravaganza ’18 Sellers Space with the different size.
- Consider whether electrical hook up is needed or 8′ tables are needed and add these to your basket before finalizing. Please note 10′ tables are for Booth Spaces only (8′ Table Space has table provided) up to a max of two per Booth Space, and only one electrical hook up is needed even if you have multiple spaces. Table rentals and electrical hook ups MUST be received before July 1st.
- Complete your purchase online and a copy of your order will be emailed through to you, that it is being processed (if you do not see this in your inbox, please check your junk mailbox and mark this as “not spam” if it is there). Another email will be sent once your order has been completed. Please print this off and bring it with you to the Expo Extravaganza ’18 for entry to your sellers space.
Additional note is Family registration (all registrants must live at the same address)
