Radio Rescue

I have this old radio…

This is often one of the first things I hear when I mention that I collect vintage radios. Most people have a radio that was left to them by family. They are hesitant to throw it away because they may have some sentimental attachment to it or because they know it has some value.

Ultimately these other questions soon follow:

How old is it?
How much is it worth?
How do I get it fixed?
How do I sell it?
Answering these questions is what our Radio Rescue is about. Our goal is to inform the owner and to prevent the item from being thrown out. Even a wretched, broken radio can have some value from it’s parts. This page will help you in answering these questions.
